  • Managed a 40-person crew, including structural installation teams, lighting and AV technicians, power suppliers, catering, entertainment, and music providers.

  • Directed décor, staging, and thematic execution to reflect the event’s creative vision.

  • Handled quotations, vendor negotiations, and budget oversight to ensure cost efficiency.
