This included temporary architectural structures, elevated platforms, scaffolding, and trusses to support lighting, audiovisual equipment, and decor — all designed and built specifically for the occasion.

Project Scope

• Oversaw the full project lifecycle from site preparation to event teardown.

• Directed construction of the venue, including structural assembly, staging, rigging, and safety systems.

• Coordinated a multidisciplinary team covering: structural installation crews, lighting and audiovisual technicians, staging specialists, décor and furniture suppliers, catering services, power generation and distribution providers, and safety compliance teams.

• Maintained proactive, clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on design, timeline, and logistics.

• Handled inquiries, vendor negotiations, quotations, and budget tracking, ensuring financial efficiency.

• Oversaw safety protocols, scheduling, and on-site problem solving during build-up and dismantling.
